How Soon Can I Conceive With Endometrium On Its Secretory Stage With A Minimal Fluid Of Cul De Sac?

Im 38 years old, with a height of 5 4 and weight of 48 kgs. I have 1.75 cm endometrium on its secretory stage with a minimal fluid of cul de sac. My ovaries are normal it says in my transvaginal ultrasound. Im TTC since last year do you have any suggestion so that I can have my baby soon?

Thanks for the query to HCM Forum.
As you stated that in your case endometrium thickness is 1.75 cm i.e. 17 mm and this is a perfect thickness for implantation of fertilized ovum.
Your ovaries are also normal so following measures .
1 Count day one of bleeding date ( period ) .
2 Usually 14th 15th 16th days ovulation occurs , if sex is to done on these days chance of conception very good .
3 Once ovum fertilized it implants in uterus and spotting of blood you can notice ( see).
4 After 3-4 days get in blood hcg for conception or after 7 days of missed date of period ( home pregnancy test).
