How Soon Can You Know You Are Healing From A

How soon can you know you are healing from a small fistulotomy surgery...it's been 3 weeks and I have almost no pus drainage every so often a little tiny amount of pus will surface I have some itching and I've had a regular bm everyday since surgery...also when can I have vaginal sex again...I had an small anal abscess that turned into a fistula after drainage....so it was an anal fistula not vaginal
