Microscopic Description Bilateral orchidectomy: Bilateral unremarkable testicular parenchyma for age. Both epididymis are unremarkable. Prostate chips: Conventional prostatic adenocarcinoma. Modified Gleason score : 4+5 =9 (WHO classification 2016) Grade group V. On immunohistochemistry, tumour cells are positive for AMACR.

welcome to hcm ...there is diagnosis of adenocarcinoma prostate but the testicles are normal as per age of the patient
