OB & GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

Yes, free fluid in pelvis is one of the indication for follicular rupture. It will not disappear. Normally mild free fluid will be there in pelvis. It gets absorbed by the surrounding tissues.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Archana Rajesh Babu, OB & GYN Specialist
