How Successful Is Stem Cell Treatment For B/L AVN In Both Hips?

My name is Praveen Yadav, age 27 from India. I am suffereing from B/L AVN in both hips since last year. I have undergone core decompression 4 months back. but now pain reoccurs and doctors here advised me for THR. I am in great deliema, kindly help me whether stem cell treatment can be possible at my stage. Presently, I m on medicine: Ostefos 10 mg daily; Vevran 50mg & Ultracet (for pain)
