How Tablets Of Gynaset Should Be Taken To Get Periods?

Hi. i gave birth to female child in december2013. now i wants to get tubectomy and dctr suggested me to take gynaset 5mg tablet to get periods! 4rth or 5th day of period tubectomy will be done!.but after using 10 tablets i didn't get periods! Can you suggest mehow many tablets chould i use to get periods soon?
