How Thick Should The Uterine Lining Be For Conception?

Hi My utreine lining was 5.4 on the 14th day of period, the doc asked me to continue to take the medicines (evadiol) for another 4 days (this time thrice a day), am supposed to go for sonography again today....wat are my chances of thickning the same, also how good (or bad ) are my chances of pregnancy
