How To Stop Snoring ?
my nostril doesnt apprear to be blocked but when i went to the dr. she said it was so i am assuming its far up there that is blocked. i snore like crazy and am wondering what i can do to fix the problem.ive tried strips and spray and humidifiers even sleeping on my side. what can i do to stop?

There are few tests you need to undergo to find out the cause of your sleeping. Usually these are done in those centers which are offering the sleep lab facilities. They will evaluate you thoroughly and find out the cause of obstruction and also, advice you regarding the further management.
