Hello dear,I understandyour concern.In my opinion first confirmation of pregnancy is needed when there is missed period.The urine pregnancy test needs to done a week after missed period for accurate results.Also the termination of pregnancy by medicines need to be done only under doctor supervision as they are associated with complications like heavy bleeding,incomplete abortion etc.So consult
