How To Abort Unwanted Pregnancy?
Hai Doctor,my name is doncy my age is 34, weight 70kg ,height 155cm, only 1baby ,he is 4month old but iam again prgnent in 6weeks , i want abortion, my hand few medicine that s Tab Azee500mg, Tab mifepristone200mg -3tab, 4tab misoprostol200mcg,how will u take medicine, before or after food

Understand your concern
Do not take abortion pill without guidance and observation of gynecologist as it is not safe practice and cause serious complication like erratic bleeding, incomplete abortion and abnormal development of pregnancy in failure. Before going to medical termination following things to be confirmed:
Pregnancy, pregnancy in the uterus (trans vaginal USG is needed), gestational age of pregnancy (drugs used up to 9 week of pregnancy).
So take abortion pill after consulting gynecologist under the medical supervision for safe practice.
By procedure mifepristone 600 mg orally after meal followed by 800 ug misoprostol vaginally/orally after 24 hour. Another dose of misoprostol can be used if no withdrawal bleeding by gynecologist under its observation.
Excessive bleeding and prolonged bleeding after 7 days should be alarming symptoms and gynecologist should be consult ASAP.
Follow up visit after 7 and 14 days (USG should be done to confirm the incomplete abortion).
