How To Align The Bent Nose?

hi my nose is slightly bent and is it normal for me to breath loud because that is what happening to me and other can hear it it never happen before i broke it and iam contantly gaging in the mornning and cough out yellow stuff i think it called pelegm the doctor gave me some medication as he only though it was the weather but it happen everyday winter or summer

I think you have had sinusitis for a long time; it's chronic sinusitis. You should do diagnostic nasal endoscopy. You should use steroid nasal spray and antihistamines and saline nasal spray.
