How To Alleviate Pain And Swelling In The Knee?

I was in a car accident three years ago, and I have four breaks about two thirds down the bottom of my left leg, I have a rod, and I have had problems with it, but cant seem to get anthing done about it. I have a presser feeling on my knee and pain, swelling on the left side of my leg that has been there since it happened and the y said because they had to leave a lot of glass in there and I had very tramatic soft tissue damage, I am at a lost, my leg or knee makes me walk weird, thank you

Naxdom twice a day when you have the pain in knees and legs which hinder will your daily routine activities.
