How To Avoid Breathing High And Snoring In A Person Suffering From Mucous Which Blocks The Air Passage?
I am having a breathing problem where by in the process of breathing mucuos could block my air passage making it difficult for m to breath... Parents said i had been with this since birth. causing me to breath high and snoring ..what can i do to avoid this??

If problem with mucus then go for the mucolytics and steam inhalation with karvol plus vapo caps.
