OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question. Loose loop of cord around the fetal neck is a common entity in late pregnancy. It generally does not cause any problem, but sometimes lead to non progress of labour which may cause difficulty in delivery. In that case, caesarean section has to be done.
Increased fluid around the fetus can be due to gestation diabetes mellitus, some congenital anomalies in the foetus, or idiopathic( cause not found) .
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get investigated for blood sugar levels and further management accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
