Hi,

The cause should be determined for the stenosis of celiac artery. There are multiple after knowing the cause. If the patient is symptoms like severe abdominal pain even intermittently then he should be treated before bowel necrosis and damage occurs which may lead to multiple complications. So please get back with full diagnosis so we can discuss the issue in better manner. Otherwise treatment is needed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr. Sagar Makode
