How To Avoid Infections Caused Due To Chemicals During Pregnancy?

Hi, I am 4 months pregnant and I got bleach in a cut in my finger and It stings and is still doing so after an hour, its a little red also. I am probably worrying over nothing but is there any way it could get into my bloodstream and to the baby? It was a clorox spray bathroom cleaner in a small hangnail like cut on my finger. Thanks!

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

There is no to minimal chance that this would affect a baby. It is not likely to enter the blood stream and cause any problems at all to you or your baby.

Wishing you and baby the best
