How To Avoid Still Birth?

hi i had a still birth in my 6th month due to pre clampsia n albumin .post delivery also i hv albumin present in my urine n hv a high blood pressure foe whch i am taking medication since 4 months .wht r the precautions i need to take to completely get well n ensure tht it dsnt occur the 2nd time i get pregnant

hi,if your high bp and albumin in urine is persisting for so long even after delivery it is not pre eclampsia.pre eclampsia disappers within 42 days of delivery .you have to rule out renal causes of hypertension.you must get 24 hour urine protein levels checked,renal function test,ultrasound abdomen to see both kidneys and renal artery doppler.with these reports you must consult a nephrologist to find an urgent cure for your problem.take care and all the best.
