How To Avoid Suffocation?

Good morning, I am trying to find some information regarding sexual relationships. I am 5 ft 2in 175lb female who recently became involved with another woman. This is my first lesbian relationship. She is 5ft 6in and 435lbs. I love when we are together however there are times that I feel like I am suffacating. it often hurts when she is on top of me and it hurts when I am on her as well. She is too large for me to stratal her. Please advise. She pushed my face so hard into her breast while I was sucking it that I thought I was going to die from lack of air.

Hello,

I think avoidance is only option to avoid suffocation with extra large partner. In case that is not possible try to be on right side or left side rather than on your back so there is way for escape if required.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ashok Kumar,
