Hi.
I've gone through your query and I can understand your anxiety.

There are so many methods to prevent pregnancy like natural method - withdrawal & barrier methods - condom, copper T & contraceptive pills etc.

If withdrawal method done correctly, it is 96% effective in preventing pregnancy & if unable to withdraw or pre-ejaculate, it's only 80% effective which means about 22 out of 100 people becomes pregnant.

Next is the possibility of woman getting pregnant during her menstrual cycle is unlikely. Though sperm can sometimes survive in menstrual blood, making its way to fallopian tube, the possibility is zero during the cycle.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Take care.

Regards,
Dr. Yogapriya V, General and family physician.
