HELLO DOCTOR , Sorry to say this , i had an intercourse with my girlfriend but exactly i could not remember the actual date but am sure it didn't exceed not more than three weeks .actually this is the first time we both involved in. but now i feel for this .pls helps us to avoid this pregnancy to safeguard our parents image . am sorry once again .pls help us

Hi,
I understand your concern.
It's almost three weeks past the sex, the girl may have her normal menstruation in few days, which will remove your tension.
- Prevention of pregnancy is best done before sex( by using condom/ cu T / oral cyclical contraceptives)
- Immergency contraceptive pills taken within 72 hours of sex can prevent pregnancy
-If the period is delayed,it can be due to psychological tension also . So Pregnancy test should be done after 5-8 days delay in period. In case it's +ve Medical termination of pregnancy can be done under a doctor's supervision.
This is the option open for you if at all she gets pregnant.
