Sir, I feel very tired when i climb stairs (upto 3 floors) and my breathing is high. I m 41 yrs and have no compliants on health be it BP, sugar or any other issues. I m 5 3 and abt 65 kgs. Pl suggest what should I do to be more active and energetic. Thanks, Meenu
