How To Bend Knuckles After Suffering From Arm Injury?

i was involved in an accident onthe job, my left arm got caught between two rollers, i pulled my arm and hand out. pulled all the skin off the back of my hand just to my knuckles. doctor did excellant job of skin grafting, now i need help learning to bend knuckles after two months of not using them.
