How To Bring Back Turned Neck Back In Position?

mi neck has been cramped since august......its tight ...i barely can turn it....mi left nostil stays stoped up......it was said that this is sinus problems....but ive taken every sinus medication...it was said tht this is stress......but im not stressed.....its also been diagnosed as.........stff muscels...and to take a muscle relxer.....i had an x r4ay done and its been reported that the bone in mi neck is turned the opposite way.....i dont have insurance to go to the doctor at this point so what should i do for mi neck....wats wrong with me....plzzzzz...help!!!!!! i wanna cry i feel so bad!!!!
