How To Bring Cholesterol Levels To Normal Range?

Hi, My triglycerides are on bit higher side 212 mg/dl, HDL Cholesterol is 36, LDL is 111, VLDL is 25, Non-HDL is 136 and total Cholesterol is 172. Fasting blood sugar is 91. All these tests were performed on fasting. Please advise what is the best way to bring it to the normal levels. Thanks & Regards

Hello,

Triglyceride is slightly on the higher side, however, it can be controlled by lifestyle modification. Exercise, reduction of fats, increasing fiber in diet and fluids will reduce the triglyceride level.
