How To Bring Control Over Mind While Being Unstable?

A man is saying that his mind is not stable ,he is thinking too much.he is also saying that his tmy is burning like a fle, and he have been bomate two times.. Please help me what should I do in this situation because there is no doctor in here. And the man is in serious condition.
