my husband is having diabetias from last one yr his recent hba1 is 8 and his fasting ie pp is higher than after eating sugar which is ppis 160 and after eating is 135 he is taking glyomet sr 500 moring and night please suggest me what to do now thank you.

Hello,
Good day.
I gather that your husband's fasting sugar is high and postprandial sugar (PPBS) is okay. If that is the case, please increase night time glycomet to 1000 mg and see after 2 weeks. If that dosent help, he may need a small dose of basal insulin at night
