Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello,

From the available description it appears to me that there is possibility of depression. Avoidance of responsibilities, poor social contacts and declining interest and self worth is indicative of depression.

In my opinion you need an opinion from mental health professional in your city.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ashok Kumar,
Psychiatrist
