How To Build The Biceps For A 32-year-old?
sir my age is 32 year old my physic is good but my biscep is very small( 14`` inches). i go to zym everyday and take good nutrition, protein and other health diet. my all muscle has pump and improved but my bicep size as a tease. plz suggest me what i do?

I think that is a matter of genetics. We can't change what is already settled by genetics.
So, to me try to cope with this as part of your body without worrying unnecessarily.
Just continue going to gym and following the healthy diet as you are doing now.
