How To Calculate Period Of Ovulation?

im 32 years old ive had the implant in my arm for ten years , its out since january and my periods have come back as normal but this month ive got them the 3rd and the 26th of july i cant figure out when im ovulating as myself and my husband want to try for another child .

Hi,

In a 28 day cycle, ovulation usually takes place approximately at 14th day. Although, it depends on how long your cycle is. You can feel some symptoms of ovulation also. Like mild lower abdominal cramps, sudden gush of watery fluid from vagina and sometimes spotting.
