How To Calculate The Date Of Conception?

Hello i was wondering what day i got preg.. feb 28 was my last period.march 20 i went to family doctor found out i was preg amd also bleed work done.. april 20 i hady first ultrasound done i was 7 weeks and 2days...i was wonderin if you can help me out woth this

Hello! Thanks for putting your query in HCM. Date of conception usually is 4 days above and 4 days below the date of ovulation. And date of ovulation is the usually the middle of total menstural cycle. For ex if the menstural cycle is of 28 days. Then date of ovulation is 14th and the conception can occurr from 11th to 18th.
