How To Check If I'm Still Virgin?

Hi, I am a virgin and last night I went out in the town in france where I am currently staying for the year. I am a female, and I'm 18. I remember some of the night to begin with, and I had a few drinks and I was a bit drunk but didn't buy lots because the prices were ridiculously expensive. I remember looking at my phone and it was 5 in the morning and I remember dancing with this german guy. Then, after around that time I don't remember anything at all. I woke up today, at half 2 in the afternoon in the german guys apartment and was still a bit "drunk". I don't know how I got to his apartment, what happened in the apartment, nothing. I am scared that my drink might have been spiked because I literally cannot remember anything and apparently it's quite common in France. I don't know whether I lost my virginity to the guy or not - if we had unprotected sex or what. My vagina area isnt hurting today, other people have said to me that they are sore there the next day, however the tops of my inner thighs are very tender and sore. when I woke up I assumed the worst and so I didnt want to stay around and I think I was still a bit out of it so want thinking straight and just had something to drink then said goodbye to the man. I can't remember his name and I dont have his number so I cant go back and ask him. I am hoping that I just (i say 'just' but its still bad) passed out in the club and he kindly took me back to his appartment.. I didnt wake up naked or anything but my shorts were off , and my bra was off but I had my top on so maybe he took the bra off for my comfort? I don't know, I'm so confused and I dont know whether I've lost my virginity or not and whether I should get the morning after pill, what do you think?

Hi,

Having sex for the first time will definitely cause soreness, pain or discomfort in and around your private parts. You have mentioned only soreness in your thighs. I would definitely say that the chance of a complete penetration is very less. In case you are anxious, you can definitely visit your gynaecologist for further assistance. After the examination, the need of birth control pills can be decided.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
