Sorry to say but there is no medical test that will tell about the hymen rupture.
Only experienced gynecologist. after careful vaginal examination will tell about hymen rupture.
But there may be high possibility of hymen rupture as you have a slight bleeding after that act.

But do not worry.
Hymen rupture is not a absolute prof of virginity.
It is also break in the cycling, horse riding, tree climbing and karate like activity.
So do not worry and avoid stress.
