How To Clean An Open Wound On The Vulva?

Hi, I had a cyst on my vulva area that I put hot washcloths on and castor oil. It came out naturally but now I am wondering how to keep the open cavity clean since I did not go to a doctor and I have no way to pack it myself. It was the size of a pea.

1) Take a B-cef-200
2) Take Flagyl 500
3) Clean the area and use [SOFRAMYCIN SKIN cream] thrice a day
