How To Clean Dried Of Blood From My Nose After Rhinoplasty?
I had an open Rhinoplasty and I have flu I've been taking theraflu and tylenol cold but is that good? also they told me to keep the area clean and dry,don't pick on the nose but I want to clean since there is hard dried blood by the stitches how can I clean it?

You treatment for flu us correct, continue it.
For dried blood clot I don't suggest you to remove it , as it may start bleeding or wound may get infected.
Its ideal to get it cleaned from the doctor by endoscopic cleaning.
If you still want to , then do warm saline douching for the nose, and clot will get soft and comes out easily.
