How To Clear Water In Ear And Constant Pressure After Swimming?
I was swimming today, and I got water in my nose. So what I did is that I went under water and blew as hard as possible, now my ear feels like there s constant pressure, as as near my tonsils. I have no infection, I have been healthy for the past few days, I m concerned if I damaged anything?
due to hard blowing of nose you might have retracted tympanic membrane due to disturbance of middle ear pressure that causes pain you should start steam inhalation and and take analgesic
