How To Come Off Betnovate Without Itching And Inflammation?

Hi, i used betnovate n cream for a couple months on my face after the recommendation of a doctor, but now when i am trying to stop using it my skin gets very itchy and inflamed. My face gets very red, but as soon as i use it again it gets better. Is there anything i can do to stop using the cream and not have a itchy and red face? Thank you for your help.
