How To Conceive A Baby Without Any Complications?

Hello doctor,i hv got conceived for 2 times,1 was at 1month with no pulsation.The other was cystic hygroma.Now 3rd time(9 weeks) i hv got conceived,but the lupus anticoagulant test was positive...Is tat possible to get thos baby normal?What should i do now?

There is no increased chance of anomalies. However you need to start tab Aspirin 75 mg once a day.
Also inj enoxaparin 60 mg subcutaneously once a day. USG anomaly scan at 18 weeks .
