How To Conceive With Decrease Follicular Size?

hi. i am 33 years old. i am trying to conceive since last 4 years. my all tests are done like. FSh, LSH, HSG etc. recently i have done laproscpoy surgery and a little corrections was done. after thatPCT tect was also done. it was not satisfactory as per doctor. so he planned for IUI, but my follicle size is not growing as it should be. it is been observed that the follicle get decreased in size at tiems. suggest what to do.
