How To Conceive With Irregular Periods?
I am 35 years old and trying to conceive. I am 83kgs and 5ft 3in. 2 years ago, I was diagnosed with Endometrial Hyperplasia and was prescribed with Progesterone pills. My period has been going irregularly but unlike previous, this time my period started from 27th March and is still flowing. It went from medium to heavy and now, back to medium. Would appreciate feedback

decrease your caloric intake and take plenty of oral fluids.
Do exercise like brisk walking for 30 min per day. for atleast three times a week.
continue progestogen tablets.
