How To Conceive?

Hi, I am trying for pregnancy for almost a year now.. took doctor s consultancy & medicines for last 5 months, but nothing seems to be working out. The Dr. mentioned that my PCOD levels are disturbed & i have to lose some weight. My weight is 65 kgs & my height is 5 3 , age 28yrs. I have seen obese people getting pregnant & surprised why am i not able to conceive. Can you pls suggest what shd i be doing??

Don't worry much. Stay calm.
Many women have PCOS these days. it is not so rare disease. and most of the women with PCOS get pregnant naturally. There are ovulation testing kits available in market. which are urine testing kits once it is positive next 48 hours are very important for fertilization of female egg. keeping relation during that time have highest chances of getting pregnant. have confidence. do not hurry do not get tensed. even check you thyroid hormone. it can also play role in infertility.
