Hi,

The more accurate answer might have possible if you have updated your reports and drug history. Anyhow the general measures that can help you with fertility are:
- Please take ovulation induction tablets with your doctor's advice from third day of the periods.
- Then go for follicular study on alternative days from the 11th day to track the ovulation.
- Take beta HCG injection when the dominant follicle reaches sufficient size that is around two centimeters to trigger the ovulation.
- Then plan unprotected intercourse around the time of ovulation.
These measures can increase the possibility of pregnancy.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sree Gouri S. R., OBGYN
