How To Concentrate On Eyes While Talking To People?

Dear Sir/Madam, When I focus on other person s eye and talk; apart from their eyes I can see whole body i.e from eyes to legs; if feel like my eyes have come down from normal position; is there any remedy that I can concentrate only on the eyes and talk with other persons.
