How To Confirm HIV Infection?
I'm having an HIV test this weekend and I'm really nervous! I'm a 34 yr old guy and was dating an HIV+ guy for a month last October. He has an undetectable viral load and we always used condoms but I did at one moment get a small amount of his blood in my mouth. I washed my mouth out but I'm still worried!

Discordant couples like you where if the VL is undetectable in HIV + partner and and use condoms , then there are almost negligible chances of getting HIV.
The second scenario ,where you got little amount of your HIV infected blood in your mouth,, again the chances of getting HIV is very unlikely (as I assume there were no cuts, ulcers in your oral cavity , since you have not mentioned about it VL is undetectable .Hope this helps.
