How To Confirm A Miscarriage?

I just found out on July 23 that I m pregnant. I haven t been to the doctor yet because there so Backed up. I have no idea of how far along I am because I didn t have a correct period for 3 months then I had one on July 15 - 20th. Which means I had one while I was pregnant. Took the test on 23. I know for sure I am pregnant.but last night I had bleeding again. Maybe felt like I was on a period. No major cramps. It slacked up this morning but as it continues to simmer down I thought I noticed a piece of skin. This is my first child and from what I ve read on Google I could be having a miscarriage. I m very scared I don t wanna lose my baby. Any help? Please and thank you.
