How To Confirm A Miscarriage?

Hi im 17 years old and recently had a miscarriage at 6 weeks, i then accidently got pregnant again! i think i am roughly 5 weeks 5 days (from last miscarriage :/) i started bleeding on Monday afternoon (25th) it started just when I went to the loo and only when i wiped, brown in colour then i woke up the next day to period like bleeding. It has now stopped and gone back to brown occasional spotting, On Monday there were very slight cramps (not enough to take painkillers) no more since then. This is completely different from my last miscarriage ! Is this another miscarriage ?
