How To Confirm Both HIV And STD?

Hi, I went to a massage parlor, I took of my clothes and I did wear on my underwear. The massage lady was totally naked and I covered her vignal with a a bigger than A4 size white towel cloth. I had a fast ejectculation during anal sex with her. My question is while i wear on my underware and cover her viginal with the white towel cloth, is it possible for hiv or std transmittion in this way if she is infected with either one of these. I am afraid that her viginal fluid may come into my underwear and before anal sex with her she did sit on my penis while I was wearing my underwear with the towel cloth on top and she shake and rub my penis for a while as there was no ejectculation and ejectculate only when anal sex. Please help me to understand, I am quite worry.

Hi there.
To be brutally honest, I must say your knowledge of STD's & Safe Sex needs some serious attention.
From all the things you describe having done, I cannot fathom why you are so worried about vaginal secretions when you seem to have had 'anal' sex which carries a far higher risk of catching so many more infections on account of the friction & the organisms present normally in this region!!
Please understand that admixture of blood & body fluids is an absolute no-no for you. Always use a condom & Practice SAFE SEX.
You have every reason to be worried & please go see your dermatologist or venereologist & run the standard battery of STD tests & take care in the future.
Godspeed!
