How To Confirm Cervical Kyphosis?

7 years ago I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia by a GP and Rheumatologist. Though I deny that it's as simple as that. When I saw that Rheum. the x-ray tech asked if I had injured my neck because I had no curvature then blew it off saying maybe it was the way I was holding my head. The Rheum. mention osteoarthritis in my right shoulder and knees. About two years ago I began noticing while sitting indian syle on the bed with elbows on knees and head leaned back I would feel a shaking like parkinson's but no one else ever sees it and it only happens in that position so I just stopped sitting with my head back. Next I began to hear rice crispy crackles in my neck when I would wake up those progressed to the point that leaning my head back to put my hair up makes it pop so loud my husband can hear it in the next room. Scary right? But not all bad, as the pop makes all pain and stiffness go away immediatly. For the past three days I have muscle?/nerve? pain that radiates from the base of my skull on the right side down the right of my spine past my shoulder blade. It was so stiff/painful that I could not turn hear to right without turning my body slightly to the left with less pain than to the right, could not tilt back or touch chin to chest without feeling it all the way down my back (to bottowm of shoulder blade) I was sitting talking to a firend, made a movement with my head (nothing to serious) and instantly with a loud pop I had full range of motion and only slight stiffness/pain. This is getting a bit scary...any idea what this could be? I have googled and found info about cervial kyphosis and that it could cause paralysis.... i am terrified now.
