How To Confirm Complete Recovery After Treating Ectopic Pregnancy And Chocolate Cyst?

Respected madam I am 32ys and my wife is 28yrs old . She had an etopic pregnancy and her left tube removed as it busted coz of etopic preg.she was also operated for ovarian chocolate cyst Through laprocopy. after the etopic preg the doctor again did laprocopy to open her only tube but said it dint open. They also saw traces of genital tb while laprocopy but all tests came negative for tb. But she had 6 months anti tb medicnes As precibed by the doctor. now my questions are. how can i get it checked without anyother surgery  and be asured fully that all her infection wether it was tb or somthing else is eliminated from her body. and if the infection is eliminated from her body can be there a chance that the remaining tube reopen and we can try to convince naturaly. or ivf is the only option now. also if ibf what are the risks in her case as he had ovarian  cyst in her history. please guide. thank you.
