How To Confirm Early Pregnancy?

Hello. I have been on the pill Noriday for just over a month now & have been sexually active this whole month. I haven't received my period at all and have had no cramps indicating I am due it. Is there any way I could be pregnant?? Will my periods continue?

UPT( Urine Preganancy Test) is a very handy tool for the confirmation of early pregnancy. It detects the Beta hcg level in urine that increases after 7 days of conception and it raises thereafter.. Beta hcg level in blood is more reliable and confirmatoty than UPT.
