How To Confirm Fetus Wellness And No Internal Bleeding After A Head Injury?

i hit my head hard on my freezer door and i have a headache and feel tired. (not sure if it is because i hit.my head or.not because i did just get off of work and i felt tired already.) im 22 weeks pregnant amd i wanna make sure im not having internal bleeding and i wanna make sure the baby is okay!!!!

Hi and welcome to HCM.

After a head injury, internal bleeding not very common unless u had a fall on your abdomen.
But head injury has to be evaluated. If you have any symptoms like nausea, blurring of vision, giddiness you have to consult your doctor immediately.
I suggest you to consult your gynecologist once and subject your self to a abdominal ultrasound scan. This is the best way to confirm your baby health. But as per my knowledge your baby will be in good health in your womb.
